We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the TalentSynch 360 internal team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of open searches — spanning multiple clients and industries. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional talent experiences from first contact through offer acceptance.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You will be the face of TalentSynch 360 for many of the candidates you engage, and your judgment, communication, and urgency will directly shape outcomes for our clients and for the people we place.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent searches across client accounts
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and senior-level roles
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with clear, detailed summaries
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status within the ATS
- Partner with clients to refine job requirements, scorecards, and interview processes
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a search firm or RPO environment
- Demonstrated success filling mid-senior level roles across multiple functions
- Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can sell a role and a company with clarity
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Experience using an ATS to manage pipelines (experience with Softr or Supabase a plus)
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving environment

- Support the preparation of candidate summaries and presentation materials
- Track open searches and flag pipeline gaps to the recruiting team proactively
- Assist with job postings, sourcing support, and general recruiting operations
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or operations support role
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or CRM tools preferred
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn how a modern talent operation runs

A mid-size professional services firm requires an experienced Interim Head of HR to provide immediate leadership of their people function during an executive transition. The ideal candidate is available quickly, can assess and stabilize the existing HR operation, and can serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team during a period of organizational change. - PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification a plus
